Downtown Boathouse

Power Plant Building

VBC's Downtown Boathouse is offers miles of rowable water on the lower James River.  The boathouse is located in the renovated Power Plant Building at 4708 Old Main Street, in the Rocketts Landing development.  We occupy the bottom two levels of the buidling for storage of club 4+s and 8+s as well as club and privately owned singles.  The facility includes about a dozen ergs and workout space.  The popular Boathouse Restaurant is located two floors above our space adding vibrancy (and spectators) to the waterfront.

Robious Landing Boathouse

Robious Landing Boathouse
The Robious Landing Boathouse is located at 3800 James River Road within the Robious Landing Park just behind James River High School and Bettie Weaver Elementary School off of Robious Road.  Similar to our downtown location, Robious Landing offers a great put-in spot for miles of unimpeded rowing.
